As part of an experimental Irish tourism focused project, we created an engaging web experience that merged cutting-edge web technologies. Our vision was to integrate interactive SVG animation with emerging video techniques, specifically 360-degree video. The result was an interactive website allowing users to explore a map of Ireland and visit significant landmarks. To enhance the authenticity of the experience, we personally visited four locations, capturing video footage on-site in the form of immersive walkthroughs and 360-degree views, which are seamlessly integrated into the website for users to explore.
